DESCRIPTION:Regenerate Whatcom is delighted to support this event at the recently opened Lhaq ’temish-ew’xw e tse XwLemi’ – House of Healing at Western Washington University on June 6th.  Come for an evening of free food and storytelling about reciprocity from an Indigenous perspective.   \n\n\n\nCome to enjoy the food\, and in the spirit of reciprocity\, bring something to share-a dessert or other food to share\, dried herbs\, fresh vegetables\, and plant starters or seeds.  If you would like to volunteer you can  assist with making decorations and setting up before the event.

DESCRIPTION:Plant Friends Permaculture is a 10 year old suburban edible and medicinal garden featuring fruit trees and shrubs\, perennial vegetables\, medicinal herbs\, and pollinator plants. Please come to walk around and talk about plants!  \n\n\n\n\nIced herbal tea will be served\, some plants and herbal products will be available for sale\, and free printed handouts with information and local resource recommendations will be available.  \n\n\n\n\nPlease bring appropriate sun protection as it can get hot in my garden in the summer. Street parking available. Children/families welcome\, please no dogs.  \n\n\n\n3606 Taylor Ave.\, in the Ridgemont neighborhood of Bellingham near I-5 exit 252.  \n\n\n\nWe will gather at 4 pm and end around 7 pm.

DESCRIPTION:Regenerate Whatcom is pleased to share this upcoming event on our website.   \n\n\n\nPlease join this All Ages Community Ceremony with song and storytelling in a clearcut forest formerly known as Box of Rain timber sale\, Whatcom County. This ceremony is cohosted by Deeper Currents\, RE Sources and the Center for Responsible Forestry and is an affiliated event of the Global Earth Exchange where people from all over the globe come together to grieve what’s vanishing from the places we love and offer gratitude and beauty to all life that remains and is naturally regenerating. \n\n\n\nAttendance is limited & registration is required. Registration deadline is Sunday\, June 21st.
